I was the Art Manager for Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar where I supervised 11 artists, participated in art reviews of all game assets and created game assets myself. I met regularly with content, design and engineering to make decisions that effected the entire game. I also scheduled art tasks, tracked assets and made concept art for other team members to follow.
